Midweek at Cornerstone

Midweek returns February 18 and will run through the six Wednesdays of Lent until March 25. There’s something for everyone at Midweek—make plans to join us for dinner, Vespers, Youth Group, Kid’s Club, and Choir.

  • Registration for dinner opens on Thursday mornings and closes Mondays at noon. You can click HERE to register for dinner this upcoming week.

    • Please note that we will NOT be gathering on the Biscuit Love patio this spring! Head on into the church for dinner beginning at 5:15 p.m.

    • In addition, Youth (7th-12th grade) do NOT need to register for meals this year! They will eat dinner at The Corner House beginning at 5:15—no registration required.

    • If you would like to join, but the registration deadline has already passed, please call Whitney Ruff at 615-618-4707 or email admin@cstonepres.org. We hope to see you there!

  • Adults, join us for a six-week Midweek Vespers series titled When God Seems Silent starting at 6:15 the Chapel (details below).

  • Youth (7th-12th grade) will gather at The Corner House from 5:15-7:15 p.m. Come enjoy dinner, games, and small groups—no need to register for meals! Just show up at The Corner House at 5:15.

  • Children’s Choir will begin at 6:00 p.m.—kids can be dropped off in their rooms at 5:55 but no earlier.

  • Nursery will be available from 5:55-7:00 p.m. for children up to age three.

  • Choir will rehearse from 7:15-8:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Sign up HERE if you are interested in singing for the Holy Week Choir!

 
 

Vespers Series

The series topic for our Midweek Vespers service is When God Seems Silent. In this series, we will explore how to commune with God when he feels distant to us and the pain of our life is overwhelming. This is a subject that hits home for every one of us, and of which Scripture speaks with clear, honest, and life-giving direction.
You probably know people at work or in your neighborhood who would benefit from this series. Will you invite them to join us? We would love for this series to not only be a blessing for our church family but the Franklin community.
